Dr. Christian Heuser
Kurzbiographie
Christian Heuser studied sociology (Bachelor, Master) at the University of Bonn from 2011 to 2017. He then completed his PhD in medical sociology (title: “Individual and organizational determinants of patient participation in multidisciplinary tumor conferences”) as a research assistant at the Center for Health Communication and Health Services Research at the University Hospital Bonn between 2017 and 2021. His research focuses on oncological health services research, health literacy, return-to-work, organizational health services research, and shared-decision-making.
He has been a postdoctoral researcher at the IMVR since January 2023.
Christian Heuser is a member of the German Society for Medical Sociology (DGMS), the German Network for Health Services Research (DNVF) and spokesperson for the DNVF’s working group for the promotion of young researchers.”
